Long o with magic e Cover

Long o with magic e

In this two page unit students learn to recognise the sound and shape of long o with magic e through a variety of tasks. In the first task students listen to the long o sound as they read the given words, then draw an arrow from the magic e to the o to remind them the e is silent. Task 2 and 3 reinforce identification of the focus words in an engaging manner, while the final task has students writing silly sausage poems using these words.
