Full stops, exclamation marks and question marks

Short story + language tasks

This unit consists of a short text about dealing with a bee swarm in a plum tree and worksheets focussed on common punctuation. In the first activity students insert full stops into excerpts from the text, before identifying why exclamations were used in other selected passages. The third worksheet requires students to answer a range of questions based on the text. The final worksheet askes students to apply what they have learnt about punctuation in this unit.
