Verbs, and how they change

This unit consists of a short text about a man who uses a different mode of transport to get to work everyday as well as tasks focussed on recognising verbs. The first worksheet gives students a short description of verbs before asking students to identify them within passages from the text. Worksheet 2 looks at the infinitive form of the verb while Worksheet 3 focuses on subject - verb agreement. The final exercise in this unit requires students to identify verb tense.
